Description
Edit: The original description was wrong. The actual issue seems to be, that in Flutter, if it takes 100 pixels to get 10 pixel overdrag, it takes same 100 pixel to go back. While in macOS native apps, it is much faster to get back from overdrag, i.e. 10 pixels overdrag needs only 10 pixel scrolling to go back.
