The content of the search view is not clipped.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the demo in examples/api/lib/material/search_anchor/search_anchor.2.dart file.
Move the window small enough to make the content be able to scroll.

Expected results:
The text label should be clipped by the view shape.

Actual results:
The text is not be clipped by the view shape.
