flutter/engine#47846 introduced support for direct tessellation of DrawLine calls in Impeller, but it is missing support for round caps which will be easier to add once flutter/engine#47845 lands.

As noted in the PR's review, one particular deficiency is that the IsAxisAlignedRect method should return false for round caps.
