Doesnt seem to affect ability to build, but shows up as problem in intellij :
Library Dart Packages has broken classes path:   /home/david/.pub-cache/hosted/pub.dartlang.org/cupertino_icons-0.1.1/lib [Fix]

It looks to be because it has no lib directory.
