Fix tool crash while debugging an iOS device and deleting a temp directory fails.
Impacted Users
Flutter developers debugging with real iOS devices (this is currently the second most prolific crasher on stable 3.16 by affected users)
Impact Description
While running a Flutter app on an iOS device, the tool may crash if it tries to delete a temporary directory (that it created) but it does not exist anymore.
