[Windows] Unable to determine engine version #173554
Description
Reproduction steps:
- git clone this repo
- add to PATH env variable (users)
- set FLUTTER_ROOT env variable (user)
Try to run from powershell:
PS C:\Users\dacoharkes> flutter help
&: C:\src\flutter\flutter\bin\internal\update_engine_version.ps1:60

PS C:\Users\dacoharkes> echo $env:flutter_root
C:\src\flutter\flutter
If you run from cmd, it simply immediately exits without showing you the error.
