People often open issues here for general questions about using Flutter that may be better suited for somewhere like Stack Overflow. I think it'd be useful if there was a cheerfully-worded standard paragraph on the triage page that could be copy/pasted for such issues.

For example, in the VS Code repo, there's a bot that automatically closes issues that are tagged with *question with this comment:

Please ask your question on StackOverflow. We have a great community over there. They have already answered thousands of questions and are happy to answer yours as well. See also our issue reporting guidelines.
