url_launcher launch() with forceWebView: true fails #30464
Description
Using the current (5.0.2) version of the Dart url launcher package, launch() with forceWebView: true fails.
This causes the gallery "show API documentation" feature to fail. Workaround is not not specify forceWebView: true, see #30460
