Due to a change in #32025, RenderPointerListener started returning a calculated value for needsCompositing, but wasn't calling markNeedsCompositingBitsUpdate in all cases.

It needs to be fixed to call markNeedsCompositingBitsUpdate whenever the value of MouseTracker.mouseIsConnected changes.
