Steps to Reproduce

When I updated flutter to version 1.9.1+hotfix.4. The title in the navigation bar seems to have a weird animation. You can see that in the screenshot.

  1. Use flutter version v1.9.1+hotfix.4
  2. I've attached some screenshots of the code

Target Platform: iOS
Target OS version/browser: iOS13
Devices: iPhone6s
