• Missing DartDocs on runLaunchAction.
• Low test coverage, could use more tests.

As part of adding the missing DartDocs, it would be good to add a package-specific analysis_options with public_member_api_docs turned on, like flutter/plugins#2268. That will keep this from regressing.
