Both https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/rendering/debugProfileLayoutsEnabled.html and https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/rendering/debugProfilePaintsEnabled.html link to https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/topaz/+/master/shell/docs/performance.md, which appears to be no longer exist. This link might be on other API doc pages as well, but I didn't check exhaustively.
