@Hixie I think this is a great start! Step 2 here will be to flesh out our documentation with more specific details around how people can participate in outreach and the other non-eng activities. Ideally, we would have marketing resources for them, for example, that we can link to or point them over to a "how to organize a meetup" page. We might also want to encourage translations of marketing materials, or other things. In addition, I wonder if there might be more documentation opportunities besides just API documentation. We can keep iterating, but I'm marking this as approved because I think it's a great iteration.
