Important

Merge this after #102697 is moved to stable since dartpad runs on stable.

Last I knew, dartpad doesn't run on stable, it runs on something like beta (a master build made in the last few weeks). That could have changed since I last checked though.

I filed this PR to be merged after #102697
Looks like the M3 AppBar has now landed in the stable channel #102697 (comment)

I also just confirmed the M3 example by running on the stable API docs.
