- Mechanical transformation of the JSON objects, so spacing is consistent across all instances
- Add missing Gradle caches to tasks that use the Gradle build system (Should reduce network failures seen in Windows module_custom_host_app_name_test is 4.00% flaky #102661)
- Remove Gradle and openjdk caches from tasks that don't need those. e.g. ios-only tasks
