In flutter#122336 we migrated the principal class from NSApplication to FlutterApplication in the app Info.plist. We removed the need for FlutterApplicaiton in flutter/engine#40929. This reverses the migration for anyone who previously upgraded on the Flutter master branch. Issue: flutter#30735

In #122336 we migrated the principal class from NSApplication to FlutterApplication in the app Info.plist. We removed the need for FlutterApplication in flutter/engine#40929. This reverses the migration for anyone who previously upgraded on the Flutter master branch. Description
This adds an auto-migration to the tool for updating the Runner's
Info.plistfile in projects that are run so that if it has a key forNSPrincipalClassthat is set toNSApplication, then it updates it to beFlutterApplication, so that theexitApplicationanddidRequestAppExitfunctionality will be functional. Otherwise, it's conservative, and won't modifyInfo.plistfiles that don't contain anNSPrincipalClassor if the value is something other thanNSApplication.It uses the XCode
plutiltool to modify theInfo.plist, and adds areplaceKeyfunction to thePlistParserclass that uses the tool to remove or replace a key with a new value.Tests
