The deprecation period has elapsed. The method was made obsolete in #87281.

@Piinks Should the dart fixes that are associated with fixTextFieldOutlineLabel also be removed?

Oh definitely not. Even long after the code is removed, the dart fix will still migrate people if (for example) they are upgrading a very old Flutter app. :)

Usually we only remove deprecations after a stable release and after it has been announced. This has not happened yet, so let's wait to land this until then. 👍
