Umm looks like this is targeting to land on the stable branch.
My understanding is that for stable hotfix we might need a cp issue, and have the cp issue approved, before landing the cp. Or maybe this is a low risk change or it is targeting the beta branch instead?

This is intended for stable to fix the packaging builders, the cp bug is here: #126970
