Generally LGTM, but two quick things:
Let's re-enable dumping env vars if verbose mode is on. If xcodebuild doesn't have a flag for that, we could just dump the environment manually.
What effect does this have on the Xcode build output within Xcode itself? Is there a way to enable the verbose output from the IDE?
