This lockfile was replaced by the one for camera_android_camerax
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/blob/master/dev/integration_tests/gradle_deprecated_settings/android/project-camera_android_camerax.lockfile

The
camera_androidplugin had its version pinned when it was still used in thegradle_deprecated_settings. It has since been replaced bycamera_android_camerax, and therefore isn't used influtter/flutter. So it's pin should be fine to remove.Pre-launch Checklist
