Tried investigating - I'm not sure I understand exactly what is going on. Seems a problem with library reloading. |

Now it seems to be passing google tests!!! (very excited - this was tough one to debug in google3 - we were not using the passed I think the other failing tests are irrelevant to this PR... PTAL |
