FYI, you almost never need to do this unless you:
The GitHub UI will always say "This branch is out-of-date with the base branch". Unless you work at 3AM it is unlikely you will ever get in a state where you load up a PR and don't see that message, there is no way to fix it. |

Ah I see you hit "FormatException: ERROR: Linux web_tests_0 is a new builder added. it needs to be marked bringup: true" Yeah... that is one of those "rare" cases that is supposed to be rare, but looks like it increasingly is not rare :(. We need to fix this workflow |
