This adds a new flavor of android_release_arm64, which enables a build flag. This is not part of the merge-queue since it's intended for experimental and internal use at the moment.

Thanks, please take a second look. I've updated this to now have 3 builds, and change the output paths to prevent collisions. FYI @zanderso - this is the change we discussed offline. Note: I've also taken the extra step to exclude some build targets (and their corresponding artifacts) from these configurations. I excluded anything that isn't clear whether or not we need them right away based on a quick search of our internal integration. It's likely this will need some iteration once we start testing the integration. Some of the excluded targets were the impeller_sdk.zip and abi_jars. |

This is fine for an experiment, but the need for this import from the Dart tree indicates that we should be thinking of a nicer way to do this.

Thanks @zanderso - after our chat, seems useful to push forward with this experimental approach to unblock downstream work and circle back to a nicer way shortly after. We are tracking this in b/393719931

The ddm builds are in staging. It's probably easier to find them from the build dashboard: The LUCI build pages aren't too easy to navigate, but starting from here: You can expand step 6 'display builds', and click on the only entry leading you to: And in there you can see the uploads of the ddm artifacts to the gs buckets. |

This adds a new flavor of mac_ios_engine, which enables a build flag. This is not part of the merge-queue since it's intended for experimental and internal use at the moment. Tested locally via `et build --config ci/mac_ios_engine_ddm` This follows @sigmundch 's #162855 which achieves the same result for Android. I branched `mac_ios_engine_ddm.json` and removed: - x86 builds, seeing as I think we're all testing locally with arm64 macs now, and forge supports them as well (with a flag to force use of arm64). - All "extension safe" builds seeing as we aren't targeting watches at this point. - All "profile" flavor builds

As a follow up to flutter#162855. Adding x64 allows us to add tests internally. This adds a new flavor of android_release_arm64, which enables a build flag. This is not part of the merge-queue since it's intended for experimental and internal use at the moment.
Tested locally via
et build --config ci/android_release_arm64_ddmThis is a first step to get a better gauge of the cost on the build. The .json is identical to the android_release_arm64 configuration except for 2 new flags added (easier to diff locally). The .ci.yaml has additional changes to make set this up as no backfill and no release.
