The version I used is the merge commit from the last PR to be merged into the release branch. I need to wait until those artifacts are available, then merge the PR, at which point CI will be able to access those engine artifacts and pass postsubmit.
3.29.0 should be basically empty, as is 3.27.0 below. 3.29.1 is the hotfix I'm working on that should contain all of these fixes.
