This remedies a breaking change from flutter#164034 by restoring RenderConstrainedLayoutBuilder as a typedef of RenderAbstractLayoutBuilderMixin and providing a default implementation for `layoutInfo`. Restore RenderConstrainedLayoutBuilder with default layoutInfo implementation to undo a breaking change.
