Code Review
This pull request adds an onHover callback to TableRowInkWell. The implementation in TableRowInkWell itself is correct. However, the accompanying test reveals that the feature is incomplete as DataRow is not updated to support and propagate the onHover callback. Additionally, the test implementation for the callback has an incorrect signature. My review comment addresses these issues in the test file, which is the best place to highlight the missing pieces for the feature to be fully functional.
