This pull request successfully removes the material.dart import from scroll_view_test.dart, improving test isolation. This is achieved by replacing MaterialApp with the new TestWidgetsApp helper, removing Material-specific boilerplate, and moving a test that requires Material components to scaffold_test.dart. Wondering why we had all this localizations boilerplate. It seems weird that we can just remove it with no effect. Did previous text fields require a Localizations ancestor?

I had a look and it seems EditableText only requires Localizations.localeOf() for the Locale?
