While this description is correctly updated to mention dart run test, the implementation of runCommand() for PackagesTestCommand (on line 129) still uses pub.batch(['run', 'test', ...]), which effectively calls the deprecated dart pub run test. To make the implementation consistent with the updated description, it should be changed to execute dart run test directly. This might be best addressed in a follow-up PR as it's outside the current diff.
