Code Review

The pull request successfully removes the ActivityLifecycleListener interface and its reference from the BUILD.gn file. This is a clean and straightforward change that improves code maintainability by removing unused code, aligning with the principle of "Write what you need and no more" from the repository's style guide. No further issues were found.

I approved the g3 tests to run to make sure no internal customers were relying on this.

Looking at the most of the code the references are in md docs that appear to come from flutter ~8 years ago.

Right now I am leaning towards deleting it and noting the deletion in our release notes. Let me talk to some colleagues to see if deprecation is prefered.

I talked to the team and we think the usage is almost non existent that deleting dead code is preferable to deprecration followed by deletion later.
