FYI we prefix file names with _ if they aren't exported to make it extra clear these are meant to be internal: _accessibility_evaluations.dart.
I don't feel super strongly about this though, feel free to skip.

So this is mostly just copied from flutter_test? Long term will that code be removed? Is there an issue or something to keep track of that?

long term, the flutter_test will be a wrapper over these new classes, I will file an issue to keep track of it
