Code Review
This pull request continues the effort to eliminate cross-imports between the Cupertino and Material libraries in tests. It refactors numerous Cupertino test files by removing Material imports and replacing Material widgets with their Cupertino counterparts. Tests that specifically validate Material-Cupertino interactions have been correctly moved to a new material/cupertino test directory. While the refactoring is well-executed, the newly moved tests contain assertions that will fail due to unresolved CupertinoDynamicColors, which I've commented on.

This is a reland of flutter#181634 which broke the tree, because flutter#182395 also landed and probably conflicted with it.
