…182523) Copies the Flutter/FlutterMacOS.xcframework from the engine cache to `FlutterPluginRegistrant/[Debug/Release/Profile]/Frameworks`. It then creates a Swift package at `FlutterPluginRegistrant/[Debug/Release/Profile]/Packages/FlutterFramework`, which declares a binary target to the xcframework using a relative path `../../Frameworks/Flutter.xcframework`.
