This pull request removes the deprecated --disable-gpu flag from the arguments passed to Chrome when running in headless mode for web tests. This change is made in ChromiumLauncher, and the corresponding tests are updated to reflect the removal of this flag.

Nope, this should work on all variants of web tests. In fact, the web engine tests have always been running without this flag and never had an issue: |

Cherry-pick request to stable ( This fix is needed on stable to unblock Current stable (3.38.5) and latest stable (3.41.4) are both affected. The fix landed on master but missed the 3.41 branch cutoff (Jan 6). The next stable (3.44) branch cutoff is April 7 — a cherry-pick would unblock web-platform testing sooner.
