These views set their size to what the frames provided by Flutter. Window metrics events are not sent to Flutter.
Wait 100ms for the frame, then just continue with a warning. This should not occur, change is to help detect any bugs we might have and stop Flutter apps from potentially locking up.

This pull request introduces a timeout when waiting for a correctly sized frame from Flutter, preventing potential deadlocks. This is achieved by modifying fl_task_runner_wait to accept an expiry time and updating the render loops in both OpenGL and software compositors to use this timeout. A warning is logged if the timeout is reached.
Additionally, a new sized_to_content mode is added for FlView, which allows a view's size to be determined by the Flutter content. For such views, the frame waiting logic is skipped.
The changes are well-structured and include corresponding updates to tests. I've found one high-severity issue related to mutex handling and one medium-severity issue regarding code duplication. Please see my detailed comments.
