This pull request introduces the capability to build CocoaPod-only plugins into XCFrameworks for the FlutterPluginRegistrant Swift package. The changes are primarily in build_swift_package.dart with the addition of the CocoaPodPluginDependencies class and updates to the build process. The changes are well-tested. I have a few suggestions to improve maintainability and performance.
