…pt new Xcode build system Updates the Podfile template to use the CocoaPod disable_input_output_paths installation option which prevents the [CP] Embed Pods Frameworks build phase from outputting the Flutter.framework files.

ef792fc was reverted with 9734f4e to wait for the minimum CocoaPods version to propagate through the macOS CI slaves. They are now updated to 1.6.0.
