The failure looks like the same reason the build was red (currentSystemFrameTimeStamp test). I've rebased on top of the revert, so this should go green. |

We missed this in #33472.. I just came to use it I realised I can't detect if it's available (well, I could use the SDK version, but that seems to go against the purpose of this one :-))
