LGTM, assuming the Cirrus imaging rescheduling isn't related to getting deprioritized because they need more memory, or something like that.

Description
This bumps the Cirrus memory limits for
tool_tests-general-linuxfrom 8GB to 10GB, as we're seeing a lot of OOMKill failures.
