git clean -xffd --exclude=bin\cache\ wasn't working on Windows:

C:\Windows\Temp\flutter sdk>call git clean -xffd --exclude=bin\cache\ 
Removing bin/cache/

git wants forward slashes for this flag, even on Windows.
