Description
Projects created before #62902 have their minimum project version and
AppFrameworkInfo.plistMinimumOSVersionset to 8.0. #62902 updated-miphoneos-version-minto 9.0, which caused App Store submission issues due to theMinimumOSVersionmismatch (at least that's the theory).Related Issues
Many new reports at #58200 though it was originated earlier than #62902 ?
Reverts part of #62902
Will need to be revisited as part of #62880.
Will revert flutter/website#4901 when this lands.
