@Piinks if the test failure that led to this revert is due to timeout, is there a way we can increase the timeout? In early conversations about adding DevTools tests to the customer test registry, the longer duration of DevTools tests was discussed and was deemed acceptable since it is a Flutter-owned product that we ship with the SDK, and we need some guarantees that commits to flutter/flutter are not breaking DevTools. |

Increases from the default 30 minutes to 45.
