flutter@e9ebbf3 introduced a few small issues this PR fixes: - Duplicate list of items on the Linux install page: https://docs.flutter.dev/get-started/install/linux#linux-prerequisites - Not using sentence case for headers This PR also fixes flutter#8016 (comment) since it was related.
