should the test.csproj file referenced in my issue comment also be updated? (I'm a C# noob, just trying to make sure we cover our bases) |

No worries. There is no need to update the test file project as we don't generate a nuget package for tests and anyway the test project doesn't include the license file. |

switch the nuget package to be using nuget license expression rather than a file to enable better support on nuget.org and tooling support
