About Me

My name is Jady Pamella, and I'm a Senior Technology Manager with 10+ years of experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation. I'm passionate about building innovative solutions and constantly learning new technologies. I have honed my skills in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered platforms and web solutions.

Proficient in Agile methodologies, debugging, and performance optimization, I excel in delivering high-quality solutions through effective collaboration and clear technical communication. Known for proactive problem-solving and meticulous documentation, I drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Currently based in Stockholm, Sweden, working on climate tech solutions and leading high-performance engineering teams.
