A Chrome extension for download routing

1. git clone https://github.com/kkysen/Polybius.git

2. Open your chrome browser and navigate to chrome://extensions/

3. Enable developer mode via the switch on the right, top-hand corner

4. Drag the entirety of the Polybius/ directory into the extensions tab (drag and drop!)

5. Interact with the extension as you would any

6. When interacting with the extension, be sure to click on the Polybius icon and thenCall choosing Options to set up "Rules" to be used during your sessions.
