Rename the models.LightningNode struct to models.Node.
Also rename any DB methods ending with *LightningNode(...) to *Node(...).

To keep the diff as small as possible, multi-line comments have not been reformatted (everything will still fit since the new naming is strictly shorter)

Summary of Changes

Hello @ellemouton, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request focuses on a comprehensive refactoring of the internal data model for network nodes. The core change involves renaming a key struct and its associated database methods to use a more concise and intuitive name. This streamlines the codebase, making it more approachable for developers and improving long-term maintainability.

Highlights

  • Codebase Refactoring: The primary change involves renaming the models.LightningNode struct to models.Node across the entire codebase. This is a significant refactoring effort aimed at simplifying naming conventions and improving overall code readability.
  • Database Method Renaming: All database methods that previously included *LightningNode(...) in their names have been updated to *Node(...) to align with the new struct naming. This ensures consistency between the data model and its persistence layer.
  • Impact on Functionality: This pull request is purely a refactoring and does not introduce any new features or change existing functionality. The goal is to make the code easier to understand and maintain without altering its behavior.

Code Review

This pull request correctly renames models.LightningNode to models.Node and updates associated methods throughout the codebase. The changes are extensive but appear to be consistently applied. I've identified a few minor areas for improvement to enhance consistency, specifically renaming a couple of test helper functions and updating a comment to align with the new naming convention.
