Steps to Reproduce:

1. Fill a file with 1,001+ characters that are any ambiguous Unicode character. I usedU+0430/а.
2. Repeat for another file.
3. In the command prompt, run File: Compare Active File With... to create a comparison between the two files.
4. In the comparison, the right warning banner for the error This document contains many ambiguous characters Disable Ambiguous Highlight is hidden behind the side scroll progress bar so you can't click the x to close the banner
