Left-align tooltip content for
:beforedecorators. This fixes issues where tooltips are very difficult to click on from decorator gutter icons.I admit that my solution here is likely not ideal -- I am not 100% familiar with every part of this and made some guesses. I'm open to any alternative approach to resolving this problem.
