Adds an option for setting the tabstop size of the integrated terminal. I think 4 would be a sensible default, but I've set it to 8 because that's the current tabstop size (it's the default set by xterm).
You can run
echo \txto print a tabstop in the terminal to see a tabstop printed.Closes #170432
