Pushed the menu item down to fix #75259 review comments.
@roblourens , I added this as a separate group and not as one of "Copy" commands or the "Toggle Search View Position" , So this command would come down the copy items and above Toggle Search View Position item. ( Also moved the code below for better understanding )
